Because it’s important not to lose touch with nature. The Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve owned by the Kent Wildlife Trust in the UK is a pioneering nature reserve which has roughly equal proportions of land and water.
Sappi’s UK team spent a day there getting their hands dirty, rebuilding and maintaining the wildlife garden. By working together they were able to make a positive impact.
As well as providing an important habitat for flora and fauna the reserve is used by local schools for educational purposes. By giving some of our time, we not only grow as a team, but we can help our next generations learn about the environment and importance of sustainability.
