Process water treatment

Lignin dispersants can be added to process water to prevent agglomeration of the undissolved suspended particles.

If process water contains non-soluble components, there is often a danger of agglomeration of these particles as well as the buildup of deposits on plant components through which the water is conducted. This can lead to disruptions in the process water cycle and disruption of the overall process.

To eliminate or minimise these effects, lignin dispersants can be added to the process water to prevent agglomeration of the undissolved suspended particles. Lignins act like anionic tensides and also feature high thermal load as well as high stability in the acidic and basic pH range.

Le lignosulfonate est un dérivé de la lignine très soluble et un produit issu du procédé de fabrication au bisulfite.

Our lignin is used in a variety of industrial and agricultural areas for various applications.
