Młyn w Tugeli działa od 1945 roku i obecnie jest najstarszym specjalnie zbudowanym młynem w grupie Sappi. Młyn produkuje półchemiczną masę masową o neutralnych siarczankach na własne potrzeby, medium pofałdowane (karton kontenerowy) oraz lignosulfonian na eksport.

Ngodwana Mill, in continuous operation since 1966, expanded its product offering in 2013 by converting part of its paper-grade pulp output to dissolving wood pulp (DWP).
