Liz Rose Chmela is the Founder and Creative Director of Made by We, a digital agency rooted in collaboration.
She leads her team in providing strategic branding, design, and development in partnership with clients and causes she believes in. Her work has spanned topics such as mental health awareness & suicide prevention, expanding education opportunities, improving healthcare access, and advancing women in the arts. Liz Rose is a former AIGA DC Board Member and DC Design Week Director. She has received two DCFemTech Awards, and was a Sappi Ideas that Matter Grant recipient in 2019.
