Congratulations to Stockstadt Mill, which has received its fourth Gold Safety Award. In 2019, the mill achieved one million man-hours worked without a reportable accident!  
Using storytelling to improve safety

In many isolated rural areas in South Africa, there is limited access to formal clinics and hospitals. Sappi is helping to close the gap of limited access to government-run clinics and hospitals.

Cross-functional, pro-active collaboration at Stanger Mill
COVID-19 led to the closure of borders, airports and trading ports. And this, in turn, led to the shutting down of almost all the supply chain channels for the sale of printing and writing paper, to a point where Stanger Mill was forced to take commercial downtime.
