We are present in Krakow since October 2012 when first employees joined our Supply Chain teams. We have been constantly growing overt time, developing the existing teams and building new IT and Finance departments. At the moment we are a group of more than 100 employees delivering broad range of processes, both operational and strategic, to all Sappi mills in Europe and also some divisions worldwide.
We are located in the new A class office park in a well-communicated part of the city. Our comfortable office contains well-equipped work stations, modern kitchens and leisure areas.
Shared Service Center in Krakow consists of 3 departments operating in the field of Supply Chain, IT and Finance. Having wide scope of services enable us to operate as a multifunctional expert focused not only on daily operation but also continuous improvement.
Supply Chain:
Supply Chain is responsible for translating customer demand into efficient operating plans by providing services within Direct and Indirect Procurement, Logistics and Customer Service Systems area.
Finance:
Centralized Finance department supports financial performance of the company by accounting, reconciling, controlling and reporting of financial data. It is responsible also for Treasury and Credit risk assessment and ensure adherence to Corporate Governance, policy and procedures.
IT:
IT Shared Service Center in Krakow is as part of an international team delivering the solutions in Windows Infrastructure, SAP Development and Application Development area for Sappi. It includes implementation of IT Infrastructure related standards, security settings, service provisioning as well as development and maintenance of SAP and business applications.
