826 Seattle is a nonprofit writing and tutoring center dedicated to helping youth, ages six to eighteen, improve their creative and expository writing skills.

Their works are regularly collected and published in book form by 826. This proposal is to design and print the third annual What to Read in the Rain anthology of the best writing of 826 Seattle students, combined with writings donated by accomplished Northwest authors. Nine luxury hotel in downtown Seattle are partnering with 826 Seattle to place the books in guestrooms for sale. Proceeds will go toward supporting the 826 Seattle student programs.
