Towsen, Mignon

When it comes to having an eye for quality, Natasha Porter, an account manager for Superior, one of the UK’s leading design and print companies, knows exactly what’s she’s looking for. Her ability to spot an outstanding print design delivered with the added value of Sappi paper enabled her to correctly identify the winner of the Brochures category in the 2010 Sappi European Printers of The Year Award.

The “Guess Who the Gold Winner Is?” competition took place at IPEX Birmingham in May. Natasha said she was drawn to Audi brochure produced by Druck Pruskil GmbH of Germany. “It stood out in so many ways. It had an understated style and elegance which was enhanced by the Sappi paper. The look was strong, contemporary and consistent with the brand. For me it was a natural Gold winner.”

Printers and publishers know that the right paper choice adds value to a printed communication but the right choice of paper manufacturer can also add value to their business.

Sappi Fine Paper Europe has developed ways the print industry can remain competitive such as the launch of two new digital paper brands at IPEX – TOP and Jet – which, for the first time, offer lower costs without compromising print excellence, enabling printers to be profitable in print on demand business.

Natasha is celebrating her ability to spot a winner with a weekend for two in Prague. “I am looking forward to visiting Prague and sharing some fantastic print ideas inspired by Sappi, with my colleagues at Superior.”
