Our policy is to consider dividends on an annual basis and to declare cash dividends in US dollars.
Our board decided that in view of the net loss, the group's level of debt and the capital expenditure commitments for the dissolving wood pulp conversions, it would not be appropriate to declare a dividend for fical 2012. No dividend for fiscal 2011 was paid either.
