Our policy is to consider dividends on an annual basis and to declare cash dividends in US dollors.
Our board decided that in view of the net loss, the group's level of debt and the capital expenditure commitments for the chemical cellulose conversions, it would not be appropriate to declare a dividend for fical 2011. No dividend for fiscal 2010 was paid either.
